Robbie Griffis grew up in the legacy of the restaurant business and great BBQ. His family has been running a West Palm Beach legendary restaurant and catering business since 1947.
The family introduced Robbie to the joys of cooking and good food by traveling and eating at some of the nation’s finest restaurants. With over 40 years of experience in the restaurant business with humble begins as a back of house staff to front of the house we put hard work and quality into everything we do.

From chicken, pulled pork, pork tenderloin, brisket, sweet baby back ribs and St Louis style ribs. We understand the fine art of pig smoking and promise an authentic smokehouse BBQ experience.
Our meats are smoked and roasted to mouthwatering perfection daily, and we pair them with popular delectable sides like baked beans, mac and cheese, cole slaw, southern potato salad, string beans and fresh bread. Our BBQ sauce is a special family recipe and we offer GRANDMA’s recipes, custom made, coconut pie, key lime pie and a scrumptious peanut butter pie.

Our ribs, imported from the mid-west, are the highest grade available and are selected by age, weight, and meat content. Ribs, like people, vary in size and shape. We try very hard to make each portion correct in weight even though they may visually vary in size and shape.
Slow Smoked and Slow Cooked Goodness!
We slow smoke and slow cook our meat and this process leaves our chicken, ribs, pork and beef pinkish or reddish in color even though they are thoroughly cooked. This coloring lets you know that our meat will have the ultimate smoked and roasted BBQ flavor.
